The main stages in a decarbonisation project
Once the pre-project technical and economic study has validated the contractually binding parameters, Energie Circulaire enters into exclusive negotiations with the plant and the client group until the contract is signed.
Thanks to its knowledge of support schemes in France and Europe, Energie Circulaire is able to finance the project by securing equity, subsidies, green or white certificates, and bank debt.
Once the best strategy has been defined, Energie Circulaire will take charge of obtaining all the necessary authorisations for the project (energy, environment and town planning codes) to reach the "ready-to-build" stage and trigger the investment.
In its capacity as project owner, Energie Circulaire manages all the technical work packages of the site in conjunction with the different project manager(s) until the installations are commissioned, in compliance with safety standards.
Thanks to its advanced management tools, Energie Circulaire manages all the assets in its generating fleet in such a way as to optimise their operation while respecting its performance commitments to consumers.
The partnerships we have forged with leading players in network services and energy supply enable us to generate additional profitability on its operating projects, while generating additional income for the plant.
